I chose suffering,
My journey thru activism began with pain.
In college, my life flashed before my eyes and I realized, I had only lived for me.
It lit a fire under my ass to FIGHT and I went into a flurry of disembodied activism choosing pain and suffering.
Waking up doesn’t have to hurt.
A whole lot of medicine work & my journey toward a pleasure-filled, earth aligned life taught me.
We don’t have to do everything; we just get to do a few things.
The journey should be full of pride and pleasure, instead of burnout.
We can tie everything in with our core desires and our dharma.
Finally, we don’t have to be activists;
we get to be alchemists.

Each elemental ceremony is about 20 mins. Each ceremony will be accompanied by a practice for deeper reflection, embodiment and integration. You’ll do one practice/week for 7 weeks or as you feel called.

week 3 | purification of water
We learn from fluidity, graciousness and gratitude as one of the most transformative powers that exists. A single drop nurtures a plant while many drops combines can carve canyons.
week 4 | spaciousness of air
Yes, your throat chakra transmutes your heart into the world. On this day, we’ll refine your expression thru your voice and song, as we turn what the body has to say into a visual poetry.
week 5 | sacred fire of destruction
The ultimate element of quick, powerful transmutation. This day is fun, fun, fun.
week 6 | personal dharma connection
