Muse Alchemy Method is a somatic coaching & trauma-healing technique that combines four systems of the body for powerful healing beyond words.
I’m Maya.
I used to teach embodiment as an “accessory”,
a little add-on dance practice, a special extra breathwork session,
a guided somatic meditation.
For 3 years, embodiment was my side hustle,
I wanted embodiment to be the whole thing.
In order for you to feel the true depth of these practices in an orgasmic, multi-dimensional, mind-blowing way,
You have to go deeper than you’ve ever gone.
Muse Alchemy Method is a combination of my years of study and my clients are in love with it.

The Immersion
week 1 | WHAT YOUR BODY IS ACTUALLY SAYING
We go way beyond body scanning to deconstruct the language our your body, so that your embodied wisdom comes through in clear metaphors, poems, art & movement. Learn how to take your clients into deeper artistry, more powerful session work and enhance your skills as a guide.
week 2 | HOLD YOURSELF - EXPAND YOUR PRESENCE
How you hold your physical form, the energetics of your posture, greatly affect your embodied leadership. When you enter a room, are you communicating your truth through your presence? Learn how to effortlessly hold deep and easeful presence.
week 3 | MOVE LIKE THE MUSE
We look at how you walk thru life and how you move in your business; we transform your embodied patterns to sensually invoke new ways of being.
Go deep into somatic observation and movement tracking.
week 4 | HEART MAGNETISM THRU YOUR VOICE
We want to feel your heart through your cues, guidance and soundscapes. Refine your expression as a more dynamic version of your vocal guidance and your sound scoring.
week 5 | THE DANCE OF POLARITY
Access divine union from a limited state of polarity. Learn a technology to transmute anything your client is going through from relationships to business woes and beyond. This is the basis of all Muse Alchemy Work and it is body-opening, mind-expanding, every damn time.
week 6 | MUSE INVOCATION
Who is the self that is emmerging? Do they have ancestral support, a clear vision and God consciousness? Learn how to invite your clients into full-body manifestation in the now.
week 7 | ADVANCED SHADOWWORK & GRIEF
Advanced your capacity in ShadowWork and as we mourn the loss of past versions, so that you can welcome in a new, ineffable essence. Learn how to hold death, mourning, death, grief, loss and all dark emotions and your clients with full acceptance and love.

Muse Alchemy was created for you if you want to explore the next level of your self-practice and/or teach these elements to your clients.
Who is Muse Alchemy not for?
Anyone who thinks they understand themselves/embodiment completely. In order to learn, you need a beginners mind and a healthy dose of, “I’ll never have all the answers.”
I’m not a coach; is Muse Alchemy for me?
If you want to move/be in your body in a new way, absolutely!
What skills will I take back to my practice?
We are working in concentric circles. This space is full of embodiment devotees and those who are currently guiding this work. You will have an opportunity to receive individual feedback AND to practice your guidance.
Do I need to show up live?
You will learn so much from the live transmissions, but the true benefit of the container is your investment.
